This Will Jelly Belly Blow Your Mind.

"This music video for the song “In Your Arms” by Kina Grannis is a stop-motion animation done with a background composed of jelly beans. It’s a crazy project that required 22 months, 1,357 hours, 30 people, and 288,000 jelly beans." PetaPixel

Another LEGO Morsel.

I have no idea what this video sounds like since my speakers did not come back from vacation with my screen...
"What do I love about Lego bricks? The limitless possibilities represented by an unassembled pile. Oh, and specifically when that possibility turns into raw, unadulterated, lumberjacking dragon-powered stop-motion hardcore metal awesomesauce."

PS I think 'awesomesauce' is my new word.

Stop Motion Monday.

Kirsten Lepore’s award-winning stop-motion short, Bottle, “details a transoceanic conversation between two characters via objects in a bottle.”

Stop Motion Monday.

Nowhere Near Here from Pahnl on Vimeo.

"With well over 300 hours in the making, more than 200 stencils involved and too many cold nights spent outside on my knees getting the shots, I am very happy (and relieved) to finally share this with you. Through the course of shooting 'Nowhere Near Here', I have dealt with curious drunks, a dog almost peeing on the camera (the irony is not lost on me, haha), the endlessly suspicious police and even someone nearly running off with a tripod.

This is street art, this is life and thank you for watching."

Groomsen Love.

I have seen many save the date videos, but this is the first groomsmen invite video I've seen. (Not to mention the first web page with individual videos to each groomsman...)

P.S. this is the guy that "stopped time" to propose to his lady!

LEGO Love.

I think... I love everything about this save the date. I think.
I know I love the song, it always reminds me of my beau... and my Barcelona roomie who first introduced me to it. Then I love every video made with LEGO people, having made a lovely one myself with my other roomies. It is stop motion, and since that involves photography, well I love that too.

Human Pixel Pac-Man...

"French-Swiss artist Guillaume Reymond created this fun little stop-motion video showing Pac-Man being played at a movie theater in Switzerland last month. The project had 111 patient volunteers sit, shift, and change shirts over the course of more than four hours."

and Tetris.

[Is it sad that every time there was a bad move I cringed like it was actually a mistake and not carefully planned out?]

Graffiti ist Kunst.

TumblingerstraĂźe from yo man on Vimeo.

A stop motion animation of Munich's legal graffiti wall on TumblingerstraĂźe. How fantastic is that? I (in case you haven't noticed) am a big fan of graffiti.
