Normally I try to keep my bathroom door mostly closed but my brothers dogs managed to breach my ill attempt at protecting my trash. As I was collecting the scattered tissues she was walking upstairs. Then she saw me and I said, "Ali? Did you get in my trash?" She froze halfway up the stairs, and I could tell she seriously considered going back down... but she's old and already exerted the effort of climbing halfway up... Now her doberman younger brother, Ty, would have given me a big smile like this lab!

"LiEr of ikat bag constructed this amazing play sculpture in honor of National Reading Month. She and her daughters fell in love with Enid Blyton's The Enchanted Wood trilogy so, with cardboard, LiEr set out to bring the fictional world to life. The entire tree is almost 3 feet tall and has toilet paper tube chutes down that allow its tiny inhabitants to zoom from the top all the way down to the forest floor. And, yes, that's a crank handle at the top to allow them to be pulled back up again in a tiny cardboard basket." Ohdeedoh
